As a public body, the Vancouver School Board ("VSB") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act("FIPPA"), RSBC 1986, c.165, as amended. Furthermore, pursuant to s. 30 of FIPPA, the VSB takes reasonable security measures to protect the personal information within its custody and control. Personal information collected on this form will be used for the purposes of registration, communication, and the delivery of for the purposes of registration and communication for Grade 1 to 7 District Choice Programs in accordance section 26(c) of FIPPA.
